Inside the three days
Built around your hands.
This is one-on-one, so there is no fixed timetable to publish — and a fixed one would be a lie. The shape is agreed before you arrive, and it changes if your hands need it to.
- 01
You say what you want out of it
Before the days start, Junior asks where you are now and what you want to be able to do on the fourth day.
- 02
Junior sets the order
What comes first is his call, based on what he sees in front of him. There is no syllabus you both have to march through.
- 03
You work, he watches
Nobody else is in the room competing for his attention, so the correction is immediate. There is nowhere for it to queue.
- 04
You leave able to do it
The point is never that something was covered. It is that the work holds up once he stops standing beside you.
What tuition covers
In. And not in.
One payment buys three days of Junior, one-on-one. It does not buy tools, a licence, or a place in the eight-week program.
Included
- Three days, one-on-one with Junior, in person
- A station and chair time across all three days
- Mannequin work and live heads, in whatever mix your hands need
- The completion certificate at the end of the three days
Not included
- Your kit. Clippers, trimmers, shears, and blades are yours to bring and yours to keep
- A place in Foundation. The eight-week program is a separate registration
- A provincial licence or any trade certification
- Travel, parking, and somewhere to stay
How you finish
One pair of eyes, three days.
There is no cohort here, so there is nothing to be ranked against and nowhere to hide inside a group.
- How you are assessed
- Junior watches you work for three days and tells you where you actually are. It is a private read on your hands, not a mark against a class.
- What you are awarded
- 3-day Intensive Certificate of Completion. It is issued for the three days as a whole rather than piece by piece, and it records what you completed here.
- What it is not
- Not a provincial barber licence and not a trade certification. It also does not stand in for Foundation, which is the full starting program.
Questions
Ask before you pay.
The things people actually ask on the phone, answered here instead.
FormatIs this a group class? No. One-on-one with Junior, in person, for three days
It is a private lesson. You are not sharing him with a cohort and you are not watching over someone else's shoulder.
It is also not a subscription. One payment, three days, done.
ExperienceDo I need experience or a licence?Beginners are welcome — this is not licensed-only
Beginners are welcome and no prior barbering experience is required. Working barbers book it too, for the same reason: three days of undivided attention is hard to find.
Because the shape is set with Junior first, the same three days work at either end of that range.
Tell Junior where you areKitWhat tools do I have to bring?Your own clippers, trimmers, shears, and blades
Kit is not included in tuition and it is not resold to you here. Bring what you already own.
If you are buying tools for the first time, ask before you spend. Junior would rather tell you what to buy once than watch you replace it in a month.
Ask what to bringRefundsWhat happens if I change my mind?Tuition is generally final — read the policy before you pay, not after
Course payments and deposits are generally final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, because a place and Junior's time are held for you the moment you pay.
If the school cancels, or in exceptional medical or personal circumstances, the team reviews individually. The written agreement controls, so read it first.
Read the refund policyLicensingDoes this let me work as a barber? It is Junior's completion award, not a government licence
What you leave with is a certificate of completion from Junior's Academy. It is not a provincial barber licence and it is not a trade certification.
Licensing is a separate route with its own body and its own requirements. Nobody here will tell you otherwise to close a sale.
DatesHow do the three days get booked?PayPal takes the payment; the dates are agreed with Junior
Paying here is one PayPal checkout for the private lesson. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.
PayPal sends the receipt. The three days are then agreed directly with Junior. If you have paid and do not have dates yet, send an inquiry with the receipt.
