Applications and reservations
Submitting an application, membership interest form or product enquiry does not create a charge. The price, schedule, included kit and applicable terms are confirmed before payment.
Courses and deposits
Course payments and deposits are generally final, non-refundable and non-transferable because a cohort seat and instructor capacity are reserved. If the school cancels a program, or in exceptional medical or personal circumstances, the team may review a refund or transfer individually. The written enrollment agreement controls.
Products and the school kit
Unused and unopened physical products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within seven days of purchase, subject to inspection. Shipping charges and used, opened or personalized items are not refundable. Required-kit substitutions are confirmed before fulfillment.
Appointments and memberships
The booking calendar and membership agreement show the applicable cancellation, no-show, renewal and termination rules. Consumed services and elapsed membership periods are not retroactively refundable unless required by law.
Questions or exceptions
Contact the House promptly with the purchaser name, date, offer and reason for the request. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
