AI may answer from reviewed site or lesson material, draft content for human review, create chapters and transcripts, and provide clearly labelled coaching prompts.
Human authority
AI cannot set prices, grant entitlements, issue refunds, publish content, award completion, diagnose conditions or replace an instructor’s safety judgement.
Video and uploads
Durable originals remain in controlled storage. Provider copies are processing artifacts, not the archive. Private media requires permission-filtered retrieval and appropriate consent.
Accuracy and escalation
Answers about money, dates, licensing, policy and individual eligibility must point to an approved source or be escalated to the team.
